CRC PROCESS

SDU is enrolled in the Ministry of Justice’s Criminal Records Review Program for volunteers.  Under this program there is no need to go to your local police station, you can complete your own CRC online free of charge using the website and access code provided below.

Once your CRC has been completed, a copy will be sent to admin@southdeltaunited.com and kept on file for 3 years.

Please note, in order to use the Ministry’s online program you must have a Canadian credit history of at least six months and you must have been residing in Canada for two years or more. If you do not meet both of these criteria you will need to complete a manual CRC at your local police department.

The Ministry of Justice will contact anyone if a manual CRC or fingerprinting are required. Fingerprints if required, are good for 10 years and can be transferred to other agencies.

Manual CRC Process for South Delta Residents

1. Print and complete the Delta Police Information Check. Please ensure that all pages including page 3 are completed. Delta Police Information Check

2. Print the volunteer letter.  This letter establishes that you are a SDU volunteer.  With this letter your manual CRC or fingerprints will be free of charge.

3. Take completed forms including the volunteer letter and 2 pieces of ID to the Delta Police Department at 4455 Clarence Taylor Crescent, Ladner, BC.  Your identification must include a photo ID and show you current address.

4. Deliver approved CRC to SDU Admin at:
