Boys play Saturday while Girls play Sunday. This may vary at the oldest age Groups, where boys may play Sunday as well. Teams at this level play against teams outside of the club, which means they compete outside of South Delta against other clubs in the Greater Vancouver area. Game scheduling and times can vary, though younger teams generally play earlier in the day and older age groups later on. Home games will take place in Ladner or Tsawwassen

For our competitive Select Teams—Div 1 (Gold) and Div 2 (Silver)—Fall/Winter league play kicks off the first weekend after Labour Day. House teams (Div 3 and Div 4) follow shortly after, typically starting their season the week after the Select teams. Our youngest players in mini-soccer (U5 to U9) hit the field starting in mid-September.
The Fall/Winter season ends in late March for most players. Select Teams (Div 1 and Div 2) may have an extended season if the team progresses into District, Coastal and Provincial Cup tournaments. An end of season jamboree will take place for U5-U9 players on March 7 & 8 2025.
Spring Soccer, which is completely separate from the primary fall/winter season, runs from early April to mid-June.
No training or games on stat holidays or long weekends. We also don’t play on Halloween.
No practices or games during winter break (December 9 - January 5). Training resumes the week of January 6-10 2025.
